As to the police, Three Indian State University students were killed in the crash when the police investigated. This car crash occurred on a Sunday morning and the car hit a tree. Police also revealed that the people involved in the accident were football players and the accident was a single wreck. School people and the authorities of the school also released a statement in which they revealed the demise of the student. Police are still investigating the case and until now the police have not revealed any statement regarding the identities of the students involved in the accident. Indiana University authorities have released a statement in which they revealed the demise, the statement opens up by saying that they are in great sorrow as they lost some of their students and they also revealed that the police are working to identify the people involved in the accident and who passed away. Virgo County Sheriff revealed that the car left the roadway and hit a tree after which the car caught fire and three people along with the driver were dead on the spot. There were a total of five people in the accident and two of them were taken to the hospital for treatment amid the accident. The cause of the crash was not revealed by the police.

Congressman Larry Bucshon revealed that he sent his heartfelt condolences to the family members of the students who were dead in the car crash earlier on Sunday. He added that he will pray for the entire ISU community. Dr Deborah ISU President said that the accident was a terrible tragedy and he sent his condolences to the family members and friends of those students. A match for Women’s soccer was held on Sunday afternoon which was canceled after the crash news came up. As per the sources, ISU has come up with a counselling service for the students, faculty, and staff members of the school and it was revealed in a statement from the school.
