The main lead Pratha will be constantly having nightmares about her daughter Anmol becoming the Shesh Naagin as she was. She never wants her daughter to be Naagin and prayers from her lord Shiva to let her daughter have a common life. Though she is not aware that Anmol is not her biological daughter. In fact, Prathna is her own daughter who is being brought up by the mother of Seema who is an Asura.

As per the recent promo, Prathna is seen saving the life of the boy who was fallen on the street from the reptile. She successfully saved the life of the child without getting him or herself harmed by the dangerous and poisonous snake. According to the promo of Naagin 6, the only difference between the facial structure of Prathna and Pratha is that Pratha wears specs. The fans of this show are waiting for the moment when will daughter and mother came face to face and then what will occur. When will Pratha get to know about her original daughter and how she will react when she got to know that her fear come true her daughter also becomes the Shesh Naagin at the age of 21 years old.
