A murder that was attempted in 1999, is now in the News because of the custody of the criminal. Anthony Harris was convicted of murder charge of a 5year old child, but his conviction was overturned. She spoke this while interviewing ABC News. The crime occurred on June 27, 1999, in Ohio. Kate imposed a long sentence on Harris and he was sent to the Department of Youth service of Ohio until reach the age of 21. The deceased Devan the 5-year-old child’s body was found in the woods, after a day after the crime had been committed. It is been said that Harris and Devan were friends and they used to spend time together playing and hanging out.

Davin’s dead body was found 70 miles away from Cleve land where they both used to live. Though Harris confessed his crime at first later he recanted it. His attorney and mother were doing their bit to get him out clean. When on the one side Harris family was struggling to get him free, on the other side Davin’s family and his mother were happy with the justification that was given out. At last the judge Kate said that Harris has his whole life in front but it was all ruined.
