The episode begins with Badimaa who asks Simar to leave the hospital but Aarav takes a stand against her wife and says he can’t bear the insult of her wife. Later on, Simar got to know about the pregnancy with Kavya and that she is pregnant with her child of Reyansh. After hearing this Simar and Aarav came in a big shock. Later on, Simar tries to disguise herself in the hospital but she watched her cheap pal Reyansh. But somehow Aarav got succeeded to save Kavya. Simar and Aaarav save the lives of Kavya and her parents and they thanked them.

After that, they attempt to take Kavya to a safe place. But Simar and Aarav are confused and could not able to understand where they can take her so that she gets safe. With this thought, Simar calls Reema and Vivaan so that they can arrange a safe place for Kavya but unexpectedly Reema disconnects her calls. Reema is already tense for her and thinks now she will go alone to Delhi. On the other side, Vivaan is sleeping as Reema puts sleeping pills in his juice. After watching him sleeping, she attempts to run away from the bus but then she notices that her husband Grabbing her dress after watching this she gets emotional. However, she comes out of the bus and began to walk along. She is feeling guilty as well as nervous. In her thought, she promises him that she will soon come back once she will complete her work and she takes a car. In the meantime, Chitra and Ishita are irritated and thinks why Geetanjali Devi is not taking this thing seriously and punishing Simar.
