She started working for disability rights, at the age of 16 And later established a Forum known as the North Carolina Youth Leadership Forum. She worked all her life for disabled people and made sure all the disabled people rose to empowerment and has participated in Leadership and advocacy along with normal people. But before the establishment of her forum, she moved out. The main reason for her moving out was because of her being a queer, her personality stood out in her Christian family. She also had a blog in which she used to write about the disability in poetic forms and discussed it. She started using a wheelchair despite being able to walk on her feet. She also fought against Jerry Lewis who criticized the disabled as pity objects. She then moved to San Francisco where she even worked harder for the health and rights of disabled people. She reached 24, at that time. She also helped the disabled in the electric shutdown of 2019, due to California Wildfires by providing a grassroots campaign. When the pandemic hit hard in 2020, she helped the homeless by providing kits with all the essentials. She had kidney cancer for which she was about to undergo surgery due to some problems. She died in no time, precisely after 3 months on her 33rd birthday as a result of the complications in her surgery. She died on Wednesday the 18th of May, at 9 am PT. With all the work that she has done for disabled people, she has left the world with a mark that can’t be replicated.
