Who Is Emily Stewart?
Emily who is 26 years old now and currently resides at the Howth road Dublin was accused of assault rime and she was asked to be present at the court. Back on the 20th of July 2021 when the woman was trying to help Emily but she instead punched the woman and left her without even trying to apologize. The woman who was there speechless talked with Emily legally ad then it was cleared the woman was just trying to help. The woman who is identified as 25 years old Ms Yume Gall, said that on the day of the incident she was coming back from the gym along with her friend when she heard Emily screaming and shouting when she tried to help Emily, she punched her instead.

Emily who was accused of assault was given a warning and was also given many charges as well. Her attorney of Emily added that she was taking methadone when the incident occurred and Emily was pregnant when the trials were ongoing this week, so the judge warned her and also charged her as well. While she was owned with no offence the next time and no offence until the next year or else she would be sent to jail directly. Ms Yume who accused Emily added that on the day of the incident After she was tried to rescue by Yume, Emily went to her car, it looked like she was going away but instead, she came out and punched the woman right between her eyebrows and it hurt her. Yume added that Emily did n even try to ask about her well-being while she was just there for help.

Yume and Emily were strangers to one another but being a woman Yume just tried to defend Emily and she clicked Emily’s car pictures when Emily was going inside her car for official purposes as she wanted to describe the incident to the police. When Emily was getting arrested she replied with no comment while getting questioned about the arrest. She was charged with 12 convictions and two assault cases causing harm to the victim along with the warning. She broke down into tears in the court when the judge was passing the decision. Her attorney who defended her said that Emily was taking methadone at the time of the incident but she is better now.
